It took longer than expected to get the pizza, the wait was not really a bother until we finally got it and the toppings that we had to pay additional for was not on the pizza. However it was still hot when we got it, and it tasted fine. Just a little upset that I paid additional money for nothing.

my pizza and breadsticks were bomb. my bf and i devoured them so quick. placed the order through the app and picked them up 15 min later. they were hot and exactly what we ordered

Busy Superbowl Sunday, with a full parking lot. We ordered on line and expected to walk in and wait forever but it was completely the opposite. We had a time to pick up and no more than 30 seconds after getting there, we were acknowledged and had our food in the car in less then three minutes!!! Customer services goes a long way in my book.. At this restaurant, I can say "It was well done"

I ate pizza after a long time, and overall it was a good experience at Pizza Hut. The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasty, and it really hit the spot. One small thing was that napkins and ketchup were not given without asking, but once requested, it was fine. Overall, a satisfying visit and I would still come back again.

The manager is wonderful. She is a hands on leader - leads by example. Made my pizza twice. The Pizza Hut at 9155 Maier Rd, Laurel, MD now has much improved food quality. Keeping up the good food quality will keep me as a returning customer.

perfectly hot, fresh, and perfect looking pizza was delivered today. I had been using a competitor for a while, and decided to go back to the laurel Md pizza hut because, i really missed their crust. I ordered a large hand tossed supreme and 2 pan cheese pizzas. The delivery was on time, the driver was kind , and the pizza was amazing. I enjoyed using this location already, yesterday was top notch though

Coming here has become a family ritual for each time the family visits, as this seems to be one of the very few mainstream pizza places that has a nice restaurant setup. The employees are super nice and very professional and hospitable. They pay attention to detail and excel in serving sit-down customers even when overwhelmed with staff shortage and busy with phone orders. This review is based on multiple visits over the last few years. I look forward to going there again.
